With a Championship Golf Course, a fully stocked Pro-Shop a driving range, and a practice green, their facility can meet your every golfing need. Some people say they like them because they’re a great value and others say the fairways are the best in Augusta (well, second best anyways). But they keep going back because Applewood is always well maintained, the layout is forgiving yet challenging, and the staff is as friendly as you can find. The golf course is located just a few miles south of Augusta, Georgia...home of Augusta National Golf Course, the host of The Masters...and is built into an old apple orchard. In the spring, if you time your visit just right, you can stand on the tee box and smell the apple blossoms wafting in the breeze. Or if you’re coming in April, you might get to see the Azaleas and Dogwoods in full bloom.
