*DESCRIPTION: The par 72 layout has a length of 7,206 yards from the championship tees and 5,472 yards from the ladies tees. Battle Creek is a links-style course with a course rating of 75.3 from the Championship tees and 72.5 from the Mens tees with more than 70 bunkers and 8 ponds strategically placed to capture that occasional errant tee shot. Large bentgrass greens and oversize tee boxes remain in excellent condition through the approximately 36,000 annual rounds. The golf course is surrounded by the Battle Creek community with over 500 homesites as well as commercial property. [SIGNATURE HOLE:] The signature hole at Battle Creek is hole 18. Hole 18 is a dogleg right par 4 with a pond on the righthand side that comes into play off the tee. There is also a tight cooridor of lined trees on the right. *GOLF SHOP HOURS: Opens 7:15am and closes at 5:30pm. Course is open year-round weather permitting. *DRIVING RANGE: Driving Range has the same hours as the golf shop. A bucket of 45 balls costs $5. Hit off of grass tees. Dress code applies. Not lighted. Rental clubs for range are available. Guest must leave an ID or credit card behind if they want to borrow these clubs. *PRACTICE FACILITIES: Putting, chipping greens, and practice bunkers available for all players. *CLUB AMENITIES: Fully stocked golf shop with clothes and equipment. No lockers or showers. *CLUB RENTAL: $35 - Featuere Titleist/Cobra Men's rights and lefts Women's rights No junior sets available for rent. *CADDIES: There are no caddies available at this time. *BAG DROP: In front of the clubhouse. *GATES: This course does not have a gate.
