Baltimore, Maryland
Baltimore's first public golf course, Clifton Park was built in 1915 on the grounds of Johns Hopkins’ summer mansion. Today, the course continues its tradition of providing golfers with unique views of Baltimore's urban landscape as well as some of the best putting surfaces in greater Baltimore. Clifton Park can be troublesome if you cannot avoid the out of bounds, which run through the layout. Plan for uneven lies and paying the price for missing greens with your approach shot. Of course, you can always take solace in the panoramic views of new and old Baltimore.
