Make tee times in Crosslake at Crosswoods Golf Course to experience one of the best golf courses in Minnesota. The architect for Crosswoods was Jack Stone, and the layout made its debut in 1985. The slope for the course is 123, and the course rating is 70.2. This par 70 test in the Brainerd Lakes area features more than a dozen water hazards. Tree-lined fairways are a fact of life here; play within yourself and hit it straight. This course is a stimulating study in contrasts. For example, number seven is a 261 yard, par four that is immediately followed by a par five over 530 yards long. The fifth green has been recently renovated and upgraded. This Crosslake golf course includes a driving range, practice putting green, and a short game practice area. The Crosswoods Grill is a recent addition. Enjoy delectable items like a walleye sandwich or a Philly cheese steak. Dine indoors or out. Inside, the dining area features a cathedral ceiling made of knotty pine. Enjoy the HDTV right above the stone fireplace. Seating is provided out on the deck that overlooks the course and the scenic waterfall garden. Crosslake is also home to a world-class mini golf complex that includes holes up to 140 feet long.
