Desert Mirage (DM) offers excellent practice facilities, reasonably priced gear in the golf shop, Jimmy’s Red Hotz restaurant and nine holes of challenging golf. If you haven’t played Desert Mirage Golf Course lately, you will not believe the improvements that have been made. All of the fairways and green fronts have been redesigned challenging all golfers to pick their shots wisely to avoid being caught in the thick rough. The course is more of a target to target layout now with no forgiveness for not being in the fairway or on the green. There are four par 4's and five par 3's at varying distances to get you through all the clubs in your bag. The night lit natural turf driving range and practice area is lit until 9:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. The Golf Shop offers a variety of clothing, hats, golf gear, rental club sets, golf balls (can be ordered personalized) and custom golf club/golf bag (can be ordered personalized) sales. Jimmy’s Red Hotz restaurant is open for business at Desert Mirage as well, serving authentic Chicago Style Food!!!
