Lakeshore Golf Course is a true Central Illinois golf experience. Lakeshore Golf Course features an 18-hole, par-72 design with bentgrass greens and bluegrass fairways. This layout was crafted by famed course designer William J. Spear, and it has served the Central Illinois golf community since 1968. It is currently owned by the Taylorville Park District, so the city itself has an interest in maintaining the excellence of this classic course.
