Lewistown, Pennsylvania
Lewistown Country Club features one of the finest golf courses and banquet facilities in Central PA. Nestled away in the rural outskirts of Lewistown, PA, located along Route 22/522 in Mifflin County, Lewistown Country Club is 30 miles from State College, home of Penn State, and 60 miles from Harrisburg. Lewistown Country Club opened at its current location in 1947 as a nine-hole facility designed by world renowned architect Donald Ross. An additional nine holes were completed in 1974 making the course both scenic and challenging. The 6519 yard LCC course with a slope of 129 mirrors the Ross tradition of long par fours and tough par threes. Renovated in 1990, Lewistown Country Club features a two story club house with floor one housing locker rooms, offices, pro shop, and grill room where one will find refreshment and fellowship at the end of a round. Outside the grill room a covered patio provides a panoramic view of the 18th green and the scenic Juniata River. Floor two features a full bar and 250 seat banquet facility including a state-of-the-art food preparation area and kitchen. Our Club House and grounds are well suited for a wedding reception, reunion, corporate function or meeting, or golf outing. While a private club, we welcome non-member golf, provided reservations are made in advance. Please phone our Club at (717) 242-2544 with any questions or for additional information. A perfect day of golf or a remarkable social event is waiting for you…at Lewistown Country Club.
