Smith who used to work with Donald Ross(famous for designing four courses at Pinehurst, North Carolina for the Tufts family), the links were conceived and carefully crafted with pitfalls and traps that are a must to avoid and tests the skill of seasoned golfers and makes it a joy to play. River Vale Country Club is a good looking well-manicured club that operates by accepting private memberships and opens to the public time slots. The Club also boasts a nicely appointed restaurant and bar, men’s and women’s locker rooms, golf pro shop, practice range, and putting green.
