The golf course runs along the base of the San Gabriels amongst the native California Oak and other natural vegetation. San Dimas Canyon Golf Course's fairways are tree lined and require a well placed tee ball to have a shot to the green, where the real challenge lies. The greens are gently undulated and the hillside slope definitely influences the roll of the ball.
