Sherrill Park Golf Course - One Course

Leon Howard originally designed both Sherrill Park courses. PGA Tour Professional D. A. Weibring and Design Resource, Inc. completed the redesign of Sherrill Park Course 1 in 1997 and Course 2 in 2001. The redesign helped create a variety of shot making choices from the tee to the greens. Players at all levels have come to enjoy the new look and challenges Sherrill Park Golf Course has to offer. Course One is a championship design with narrow fairways lined by large trees. Course #1 has consistently been ranked in the top ten for municipal golf courses in the state of Texas. In 2005 the Dallas Morning News ranked this as one of the top 9 courses in the state under $45.00.
