Post Falls, Idaho
Settled atop the hill overlooking Post Falls, The Highlands Golf Course peeks out from among its pine trees at the gorgeous Northern Idaho scenery that surrounds it. The course stretches its fingers out among lush rolling knolls, sweeping doglegs, and majestic trees. Breathtaking is one way to describe how you feel as you swing your club and watch the morning fog slowly dissipate from the neighboring mountains. Established in 1991 and designed by Jim Krause, The Highlands offers 6,369 yards of play, strictly for your enjoyment. Par is set as a challenging 72 for the men and 73 for the women. The course received a facelift in 2006 with 31 bunkers getting redesigned, 7 new tee boxes built, and one new fairway and green which will have its grand opening during the 2007 season. The practice facility is the finest in the area complete with a full size grass driving range and large chipping and putting area. If a little food and relaxation is more your style then the Grill & Tap House is the place you'll want to be.
